Printing Method
Rotogravure (or gravure for short) is a type of intaglio printing process, which involves engraving the image onto an image carrier. In gravure printing, the image is engraved onto a cylinder because, like offset printing and flexography, it uses a rotary printing press.
Once a staple of newspaper photo features, the rotogravure process is still used for commercial printing of magazines, postcards, and corrugated (cardboard) and other product packaging.
Digital printing is a method of printing from a digital-based image directly to a variety of media. It usually refers to professional printing where small-run jobs from desktop publishing and other digital sources are printed using large-format and/or high-volume laser or inkjet printers. It also allows for on-demand printing, short turnaround time, and even a modification of the image (variable data) used for each impression.
Flexo Printing
Flexography (often abbreviated to flexo) is a form of printing process which uses a flexible relief plate. It is evolved with high speed rotary functionality, which can be used for printing on almost any type of substrate, including plastic, metallic films, cellophane, and paper. It is widely used for printing on the non-porous substrates required for various types of food packaging and printing large areas of solid colour.

Verification of Proof/Artwork
We will take technical considerations and give professional suggestions when we receive your artwork files to ensure you getting the best printing. We can provide design services if required.

Printing
We will start printing after getting your approval of the artwork proof. And we could choose the most suitable printing methods for your film/pouch among roto, digital and flexo.

Lamination
Lamination can improve the pouches' look, robustness, and usability. It entails applying pressure, heat, or adhesives to join one or more material layers. Several kinds of pouches and roll stock film, such as those composed of paper or flexible polymers, can be laminated.

Slitting
The master rolls slit into multiple smaller finished rolls and can reach a width of up to 60 inches. These completed rolls will be produced in accordance with the precise specifications for width, diameter, and rewind direction needed by the packing equipment they will be utilized with.

Making Bags
Roll stock film can be converted in-house into a wide range of prefabricated pouch designs with several closure options (spouts, sliders, press-to-close zippers, etc.) and value-added features (valves, handles, clear windows, etc.).

Verification of Quality
Following the completion of the manufacturing process, we will conduct a thorough quality check to ensure that every pouch or roll of stock film is perfect and meets factory standards and customer satisfaction.

Receive Your Pouches
Your pouches (roll stock film) will be shipped to the address of your choice once they are created.
