Conduct multiple tests including appearance, thickness, strength and barrier properties before each batch of raw materials enters the warehouse.
02.Printing Process Control
Random inspection of printing color and registration accuracy every 30 minutes.
03.Lamination Process Control
Test lamination strength, peel strength and heat seal strength.
04.Bag Making Process Control
Inspect dimensional accuracy, heat sealing effect and sealing performance.
05.Finished Product Inspection
Visual inspection: No scratches, no stains, no missing prints. Performance testing: Seal integrity test, drop test, compression test. Hygiene testing: Microbiological testing, heavy metal testing
06.Pre-Shipment Inspection
Random sampling inspection for each batch of products. Only qualified products are allowed for shipment.

A5: Our packaging products are made from eco paper material, certificated mono materials, certified compostable material, eco soybean ink and other eco-friendly materials.
Q6: What is your lead time/production time?
A6: It depends on quantity and printing methods, normally 7 days by digital and 20 days by gravure and flexo.
Q7:How long will it take for my boxes /pallets to arrive?
A7:It will take around 5 days by air and around 30 days by sea of free-shape stand up pouches.

A8:Yes.
Q9:What's your MOQ?
A9:10,000 pcs for pouch and 200kg for film (gravure printing and flexo priting). 100 pcs for pouch and 10kg for film (digital printing).
